Lupin the Third discovers that his grandfather Arsene Lupin is buried with secret treasures. Using microfilm provided by Fujiko, he determines the location of the grave. He learns that the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union have already acquired these items. These three nations hire a fierce assassin to secure the remaining wealth. Lupin attempts to stop their plan. Inspector Zenigata arrives at the scene, complicating the situation further.
