Ep. 15: Rin's Master Confronts Her and Kazuki Before Passing Away

Rin's master arrives to force her return to the head family after Kazuki's death. Rin claims betrothal to Kazuki, prompting the master to fight them both to verify his worth. He later reveals he was forced to act cruelly rather than as a kind big brother, denying Rin childhood warmth. He advises that she needs friendship, not intense training. A week later, the duel begins but ends abruptly when the master collapses from old age. On his deathbed, he apologizes for his harshness, asks for forgiveness, and bids Rin farewell. His soul returns to the moon as Rin weeps over his body.
