Ep. 1: The girls return to Cephiro to find it collapsing under attack from rival nations.

The girls remain distressed over slaying Princess Emeraude to free her from her duty as the Pillar of Cephiro. Despite their families' attempts to cheer them up, they gather at Tokyo Tower to discuss leaving Cephiro without a Pillar. When Hikaru expresses a desire to return and fix the situation, the group is transported back to Cephiro. A large flying fish saves them from falling and delivers them to the palace, where they reunite with Clef and Mokona. Clef explains that with Emeraude dead and no new Pillar to pray for the world, Cephiro is collapsing, with only the palace remaining intact. Furthermore, the three rival nations are attacking to claim the Pillar's power, and Autozam's flagship, led by Eagle Vision, appears in the stormy skies.
