Mahou Shoujo Lalabel (1980)

Lalabel joins her friends Teko and Toko at a hostel during the summer, which is temporarily managed by Teko's younger cousin Ryota while his parents are away. With the responsibility of running the hostel left to him, Lalabel offers to assist, and the group becomes involved in managing the place together.
