The girls choose to remain at Magic School for the remainder of their summer vacation as preparations for a summer festival proceed. During this time, they encounter a shortage of frozen oranges, prompting Mirai to speak with the Headmaster about her resolve to stay with her friends. Labut suddenly appears, trapping the group in a barrier and summoning a stronger Don Yokubal. He also reveals information regarding Deusmast, which is said to cause chaos. Riko and Kotoha utilize the Emerald's power to break the barrier and assist Mirai. Although the Don Yokubal is significantly stronger, Mirai's determination inspires the Cures and the Headmaster to unite their strengths and defeat the enemy.
