Following his encounters with Misha, Sasha, and Ivis, Anos faces a new transfer student named Lay at the Demon Academy. Lay, identified as the Master of the Magic Sword and strong enough to defeat the Seven Elder Demon Emperors, seeks to join a capable team and requests entry into Anos' group. Anos declines this offer, instead challenging Lay to prove his worthiness to become a follower. In response, Lay assembles his own squad and engages in a direct battle against Team Anos during the upcoming team competition exam, setting the stage for a clash between the two groups.
