Lucia Nanami, the mermaid princess of the North Pacific, travels to land to locate the surfer boy to whom she gave her pearl seven years ago. She encounters Kaito Domoto but fails to recognize him immediately. During this encounter, Lucia transforms into Pink Pearl Voice for the first time. She utilizes music to defeat the sea demon Izuru. The episode concludes with a reunion between Lucia and Kaito.
