MIDNIGHT EYE: Gokuu II

A private investigator known for working alone takes on a case from a frightened woman seeking help for her missing sibling. Her stepfather's forces pose a threat as they attempt to stop the search. The missing brother, affected by a failed military experiment, becomes a deadly force, leaving destruction in his wake and avoiding capture. The investigator must navigate the danger of confronting a nearly unstoppable adversary while trying to rescue the brother. The investigator's advanced cybernetic eye and weapon may not be sufficient to overcome the growing threat.
