Hiromi and her friends have successfully formed a bicycle club and are now focused on recruiting members and securing a faculty adviser. Shiki-sensei agrees to serve as their adviser. However, the swimming club begins aggressively recruiting Higa Natsumi to leave the bicycle club. The situation escalates until the decision regarding Natsumi's membership is settled through a bicycle race between the two groups.
