Mana, the former promoter of Miss Monochrome, returns to request financial support for her promotion efforts. After being convinced, she inquires with her manager about leasing a shop. However, due to Miss Monochrome's lack of funds, Mana abandons her and joins a rival instead. Feeling depressed about this betrayal, Miss Monochrome searches for a new promoter. She eventually finds Yayoi, a skillful racer who appears to be the perfect candidate to help her career. This episode focuses on the shift in promotional support and the introduction of a new ally to replace the unreliable Mana.
