Mitsume ga Tooru

A young boy possesses a third eye on his forehead that, when activated, unleashes powerful mystical energy, transforming him into an evil sorcerer intent on world domination. This form is capable of summoning demons and uses a weapon known as the Red Condor. To prevent harm, the boy is wrapped in bandages that keep the eye sealed. While the eye remains closed, he is unaware of his dual nature and has no memory of his other self's efforts to take over the world.
