Mob and Teru infiltrate the Claw's 7th Division to rescue Ritsu. Simultaneously, Ritsu attempts to escape alongside other ESPer children but encounters the division's upper echelon and leader. After a strenuous battle, Teru and Dimple face significant trouble. The narrative culminates with the boss from Claw finally revealing himself to the protagonists.
