Suzuki Toichiro, the boss of the Claw, has fortified the Seasoning City Culture Tower following his declaration of war against the world. After swiftly dismantling police barriers, he prepares for his next offensive. Simultaneously, Reigen and his allies initiate their own operations from their hideout. Under Reigen’s guidance, former members of the 7th Division and the head of the Awakening Lab proceed toward the tower. Sho and Ritsu also take action to thwart Suzuki’s plans. The narrative focuses on the converging efforts of these groups as they respond to the escalating threat posed by Suzuki’s siege and his strategic positioning within the city landmark.
