Due to a lack of clients, Reigen decides to take his business on the road. The group travels to Cuticle City, a location known for various urban legend sightings. They quickly receive a request to handle a threat known as the Dragger. Along the way, they meet a local psychic named Shinra Banshomaru. With his assistance, they set out to deal with the Dragger and address the other urban legends that are plaguing the city. This journey allows Reigen to expand his operations beyond his office while confronting the supernatural rumors affecting the local area.
