Ep. 1: Medicine Seller Investigates Haunted Room Protecting Pregnant Woman from Assassin

While staying overnight at a traditional inn, the Medicine Seller encounters a strange occurrence involving a pregnant woman named Shino. Desperate for shelter, Shino is assigned to the final available room, which is occupied by a group of Zashiki Warashi. These spirits intervene when an assassin attempts to kill Shino, successfully protecting both her and her unborn child. Following this event, the Medicine Seller begins to investigate the origins of the mononoke responsible for the haunting and the subsequent defense of the woman.
