The astronaut known as Lostman boards the American Space Shuttle Odyssey for a mission to rendezvous with Gorou, who is stationed on the International Space Station. During the journey, the shuttle is unexpectedly diverted from its original course. Instead of reaching the ISS, the vessel is redirected to a classified military space station. This unexpected change in trajectory separates Lostman from his intended destination and places him in a restricted environment, altering the course of his mission and his ability to meet with Gorou as originally planned.
