Magical law serves to punish crimes committed by spirits. Muhyo Toru, an executor of magical law, and his assistant Kusano Jiro operate at the Muhyo Bureau of Supernatural Investigation. A girl named Rie visits them for a consultation regarding a spirit inhabiting the local train station. She suspects this entity is the spirit of her late friend Taeko. The duo must address this supernatural matter involving the station and the deceased friend's presence.
