Naruto and Rock Lee attempt to get closer to her by faking illnesses, facing numerous trials in their deception. Meanwhile, voting for the most popular position in the Leaf Village is nearing its end. Although many candidates are running, Rock Lee’s campaign fails to secure even a ranking. Determined to make an impact, Lee now strives to ensure his presence is felt in the final stages of the election.
