Neko no Ongaeshi

This film is a loose spin-off featuring characters from another movie: Muta, a cat, and the Baron, a cat statue. It is not a sequel and shares no other connection with that film. Based on *Neko no Danshaku* by Hiiragi Aoi, the story centers on Haru, a 17-year-old girl who is average in appearance and lacks confidence, often deferring to others to avoid making her own decisions. After saving a cat’s life without regard for her own safety, Haru is taken to the Kingdom of Cats by the Cat Prince. Now trapped in this world, she must be rescued by the Baron and Muta.
