Neko to Mata

The series focuses on two feline characters: a younger sister named Neko and an older brother named Mata. Neko is a nekomata, a mythical two-tailed cat, and is portrayed as selfish and spoiled by her brother. Mata is a neutered neighborhood cat, identifiable by the eartip marking. The two meet each night under a city streetlight to have conversations.
