Ltd. Earth is depicted as a popular tourist destination among the universe's 100 famous views, yet it faces threats from brutal invaders. Eight guardians of the solar system defend Earth, which is considered a treasure of the universe. Among these defenders is Tokio, the guardian of the moon. Through his ham radio, Tokio becomes familiar with a blind girl named Setsuko and eventually falls in love with her.
