Chizuko Mikano resides with her aunt and uncle, who are gradually poisoning her. Her sharp intuition enables her to survive long enough for Twenty Faces, a thief present to steal the Anastasia Ruby, to rescue her and invite her to join his crew. The pair flees from the police in a car but is subsequently ambushed by Tiger. They evade their pursuer by escaping in an airship and traveling toward an island.
