Hiroki Yajima, the bosozoku "god," aims to restore a "golden age" by leading a 30,000-strong biker gang down the Teito Highway in a violent rampage. Zanzo and his ninja forces prepare to stop this Seikaten Biker Gang Army by setting up ambushes at five strategic locations along the route. The ninja lie in wait to confront the massive force as it barrels through the highway, intending to clash with the blood-soaked and flame-engulfed procession. This confrontation marks a significant escalation in the conflict between the ninja and the massive biker army.
