Rantarou and his companions encounter Danzou, who is enthusiastically engaged in writing. Meanwhile, the Budget Committee travels to the residence of cannonball researcher Tada Douzen sensei to retrieve his newly developed model. The group proceeds to collect the item from the researcher's location. On their journey back from this errand, an unexpected and interesting event occurs involving the party.
