Members of the Health Committee travel to the mountain to collect medicinal herbs. During this mission, Committee President Zenpouji Isaku encounters Dokutake ninjas who are in the process of setting up artillery. Recognizing the immediate threat, Isaku decides to distract the enemy by luring them into pursuing him. This diversion allows Rantarou to safely return to the Ninjutsu Academy. Upon his arrival, Rantarou informs the academy about the Dokutake's dangerous plans, ensuring that the school is aware of the impending danger posed by the opposing ninja group.
