Simultaneously, the headmaster announces an unexpected decision to administer the Explosives License Exam to junior students. This assessment is traditionally reserved for upperclassmen in the 4th, 5th, and 6th years, but the headmaster extends the opportunity to juniors in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years.
