Kirimaru accepts a part-time job to deliver a secret message to a branch castle. While traveling along the path, he runs into ninjas from Dokutake. These enemies are preparing to assault the branch castle and seize control of the region for themselves. During this confrontation, Kirimaru is captured by the Dokutake ninjas, placing his mission and safety in jeopardy as the hostile group advances on their target location.
