However, the Headmaster intervenes with an unexpected plan that diverts the nintama from this confrontation. Instead of engaging in combat, the students are assigned a different task involving the delivery of letters to various castles. This sudden change of plans shifts the focus away from the immediate threat posed by Sonnamon, altering the course of events at the academy and preventing the anticipated clash between the ninja and the vengeful intruder.
