Kema Tomesaburou, a sixth-year student, struggles to find the budget for the Equipment Committee. His roommate, Isaku Zenboji, decides to help Tomesaburou, who always helps him out. Isaku decides to go and talk to Shioe Monjirou, the senior who manages the budget for each committee.
