Shouzaemon's grandfather and younger brother Shoujirou arrive at the Ninjutsu Academy for the First-year Ha-class parent's day event. Although the grandfather's original intention was merely to see Shouzaemon off to school, he struggled to say a proper goodbye. Consequently, he ended up following Shouzaemon all the way to the academy. The visit coincides with the scheduled parent's day gathering for the First-year Ha-class, bringing the family members together at the school. This unexpected journey results in the grandfather accompanying Shouzaemon to the institution instead of departing immediately after the initial farewell attempt.
