Endou Naotsune, who harbors little affection for Nobunaga, discovers that Nobunaga intends to stop by to see his sister while traveling to Kyoto. Seizing this opportunity, Naotsune formulates a plan to assassinate him. Unaware of the impending danger, Nobunaga and his companions proceed toward Sawayama Castle, completely oblivious to the lethal scheme being orchestrated against them by Naotsune.
