Characters representing different vehicles live on an island known as "Mobile Land." A delivery worker named Car-kun arrives and begins making deliveries, gradually becoming familiar with the island's inhabitants. During his work, he adheres to traffic regulations and frequently encounters disruptions caused by Sabibi.
