Gorou Mutsumi suffers from persistent bad luck until a fortune teller predicts an imminent shift in his fortune. Shortly thereafter, three Guardian Angels named Ran, Tsubasa, and Kurumi appear in his life. It is revealed that Gorou recognizes these women from their previous incarnations as various animals he had assisted. The Goddess reincarnated them specifically to provide him with aid and protection. This divine intervention marks a turning point for the unlucky man, connecting his current existence to his history of kindness toward creatures in earlier lives.
