A lethal virus devastates the planet, resulting in a world populated solely by children and vampires. Yuuichirou Hyakuya and his fellow orphans are captured by these vampires and compelled to supply blood to ensure their survival. Frustrated by their captivity and treatment, the group devises a plan to escape their captors. However, the outcome of their attempt remains uncertain as they face the harsh realities of their new existence under vampire rule.
