After being told to stay out of the fight, Itsuki activates his Photon abilities with Aika’s assistance to defeat a Darker that manifested in reality. Aika then transports him into the PSO2 world to a room aboard an ARKS ship. There, ARKS intelligence commander Kasura discloses several significant truths to him. Although Itsuki is initially confused by the unbelievable information, he ultimately comprehends the course of action he must take.
