With Papa suffering from a cold, Pingu takes on the responsibility of delivering the mail. During the task, he uses a skateboard lent to him by an inventor. However, the vehicle soon becomes difficult to manage and begins to go out of control. This situation creates a challenge for Pingu as he attempts to complete his delivery duties under these unstable conditions.
