Fuyuko, a researcher under Kanade, threatens Mirai and his group with an indiscriminate terrorist attack using a killer virus. She demands they allow her to test her newest drug on them to prevent the catastrophe. Kanade selects Mirai as the first subject for this dangerous experiment.
