A high school student named Ageha Yoshina discovers a strange "red phone card" in a public phone booth. Soon after, his childhood friend and classmate, Sakurako Amamiya, who also had the same card, disappears. Determined to find her, Ageha investigates a series of unexplained disappearances linked to a secretive group called "Psyren." As he becomes involved with the organization, he is pulled into a dangerous game that alters the course of his life.
