Bizarre creatures known as Unknown appear over Tokyo Bay. High school students in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba defend against them using a supernatural power called World. Ichiya Suzaku, head of the Tokyo school, defeats these creatures with overwhelming power. However, Canaria Utara, Tokyo’s subhead, watches him with a troubled expression due to his lack of teamwork.
