Queen's Blade: Rurou no Senshi

A queen is selected in a land through a competitive tournament, drawing many strong contenders. A female fighter suffers an early loss, revealing her inexperience despite her physical strength. A powerful individual rescues her from certain death, but is betrayed by the woman’s family and imprisoned. The rescued woman, unhappy with her life among the nobility, decides to leave and soon secures the stranger’s release.
