Ranma and Ryoga engage in combat within the Furinkan School grounds. The school's Chemistry Club attempts to intervene against Ranma but their efforts fail. The conflict subsequently moves to the nearby zoo. During this extended match, Ryoga discovers the nature of Ranma's curse. Additionally, a stray weapon severely cuts Akane's hair during the chaos.
