Souta Mizushino is watching the anime Elemental Symphony of Vogelchevalier in his room when Selesia Upitiria and a mysterious girl in a military uniform suddenly appear. Souta becomes entangled in their conflict and follows them to Yoyogi Park. There, Meteora Österreich, a character from the game AVALKEN of Reminisce, makes a sudden appearance, further complicating the situation for the bewildered student.
