Ruby wakes in a tent with Tsukune and the girls, explaining witch persecution and developer plans to destroy the sunflower field. Tsukune invites her to join the club and attend the academy. Witnessing their kindness, Ruby doubts her path and sneaks back to Oyakata. Tsukune and the others pursue her into the field, where Ruby summons plant monsters. Tsukune and Moka become trapped while others fight back. Tsukune removes Moka’s rosary, allowing her inner self to confront Ruby alone without success. Tsukune reveals Oyakata’s death, but Ruby denies it. She casts a forbidden spell, which the group destroys through combined effort. Ginei and Nekonome arrive the next day, revealing Ruby survived the explosion.
