Yeti Blizzard and Mega Man continue their battle over the OOParts, but their conflict attracts EM wave viruses that begin to rampage through the city, causing dismay for the Satella Police. Meanwhile, Hyde attends painting lessons where he eavesdrops on Luna to uncover Mega Man's true identity. Upon learning that Geo's mother is also present at the lessons, Hyde uses her safety as leverage. He threatens Mega Man, demanding the handover of his OOPart in exchange for ensuring his mother remains unharmed. This confrontation forces Mega Man to consider the safety of his loved ones against the backdrop of the ongoing viral chaos and police struggles.
