Uryoku Chouno appears on television to perform a dangerous stunt. Saiki K rushes to the scene with the intention of saving him from harm. However, the situation escalates unexpectedly, resulting in Saiki becoming directly involved in the performance himself. The rescue attempt fails to keep him out of the action, placing him in the middle of the dangerous event alongside Chouno.
