Ep. 1: Revival of the Legendary Hero and the Battle for the Pegasus Cloth

Legends describe Saints who wear Cloths and wield Cosmos to protect Athena. In Japan, Saints battle in a colosseum while host Saori Kido awaits the Pegasus Saint. Meanwhile, in Athens, Greece, Japanese youth Seiya fights rival Cassios, severing his ear and defeating him with the Meteor of Pegasus to claim the Pegasus Bronze Cloth. That night, Cassios’ master Shaina attempts revenge. Seiya dons the Pegasus Cloth, injuring Shaina despite struggling to master his Cosmos. When Shaina’s men attack, Seiya uses teacher Marin’s advice to defeat them with his signature technique. He also shatters Shaina’s mask, revealing her face. The following day, Seiya returns to Japan.
