Ep. 20: Ukyo reveals his plan as new Amanushi while deploying samurai and targeting Nobuseri

Ukyo assumes the role of the new Amanushi and begins to unveil his strategic intentions. He stations samurai in every village across the empire, instructing them to adhere to the model established by the Seven of Kanna Village. Simultaneously, he commands the Nobuseri to persist with their raids. However, he privately confides in Tessai that his true objective is to eliminate the Nobuseri, revealing a hidden agenda behind his public orders.
