In a near-future era where intergalactic communication is common, a popular event known as the "Pro-Racer Exhibition Race" takes place across the cosmos. Kazuya, who wields the power of the eagle and controls a falcon-like beast spirit, enters the competition. However, he and his team struggle against stronger opponents who advanced through the Space Preliminaries. Faced with the challenge ahead, Kazuya and his companions depart from Earth to embark on a journey across the universe in order to improve their abilities as racers and warriors.
