The commander, identified as Sazabi, demands immediate compliance from the city, threatening total annihilation if his conditions are not met. This confrontation marks a significant escalation in the conflict, as the Dark Axis completes their invasion preparations and directly challenges the leadership of Neotopia with a stark choice between submission and ruin.
