Theresa's assassination led to the collapse of the Tower of Babel. After eliminating the soldiers responsible for the core mission, W remains vengeful. The next target is a group of Sarkaz mercenaries who aided in the operation. They were transporting an unknown item and escaping toward the border. W has never spoken of this past. It represents the ongoing struggle of the Sarkaz during the prolonged war—where the victim takes up the weapon of the oppressor, continuing a cycle of fate.
